Copyright and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original artwork, illustrations, graphics, designs, photographs, product images, written content, logos, branding, and other creative materials displayed on this website are created, developed, selected, edited, arranged, licensed, and/or owned by Sports Dog Designs, LLC, doing business as Long Dog Shirts & More.

Our designs are created using a variety of traditional and digital methods. These methods may include:

Original hand-drawn and digitally drawn artwork
Photography and photo editing
Adobe Photoshop
CorelDRAW
Canva
Artificial-intelligence-assisted creative tools

Some of our designs are created entirely through traditional or digital illustration methods. Other designs may incorporate AI-generated or AI-assisted elements that are selected, edited, modified, combined, arranged, redrawn, enhanced, or otherwise developed by our designers.

To the extent permitted by law, Sports Dog Designs, LLC owns the original human-created artwork, illustrations, text, photography, creative editing, modifications, arrangement, selection, design elements, and overall finished compositions appearing on this website.

No artwork, design, image, photograph, graphic, product image, product description, written content, logo, or other material from this website may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, modified, republished, distributed, displayed, sold, licensed, used to create derivative works, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Sports Dog Designs, LLC.

The purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of the design or artwork appearing on that product. Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, resell, license, alter, digitize, trace, or commercially use the artwork or design.

The U.S. Copyright Office recognizes copyright protection for human-authored portions of works involving AI when sufficient human creative expression is present. Purely AI-generated material may be treated differently, which is why this notice focuses on the human-created, edited, selected, arranged, and modified elements of our finished designs.

Custom Designs

Custom artwork created by Sports Dog Designs, LLC from a customer’s photograph or other reference material remains the intellectual property of Sports Dog Designs, LLC unless a separate written agreement specifically transfers additional rights.

Customers receive the finished product, artwork, or personal-use file described in their order. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, customers do not receive copyright ownership, reproduction rights, resale rights, licensing rights, source files, or commercial-use rights.

Customers who submit photographs, artwork, logos, names, phrases, or other materials confirm that they own those materials or have permission from the rightful owner to provide and use them.

Customers agree not to submit materials that infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy rights, or other intellectual-property rights.

Sports Dog Designs, LLC reserves the right to refuse any custom-design request that may violate another party’s rights or applicable law.

Licensed and Third-Party Materials

Certain products or designs may include properly licensed fonts, graphics, photographs, templates, design elements, or other third-party materials.

Ownership of those individual third-party materials remains with their respective owners or licensors. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a claim of ownership over third-party materials used under an applicable license.

All third-party trademarks, brand names, product names, characters, titles, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Trademarks and Business Identity

The names Sports Dog Designs, Long Dog Shirts & More, and associated logos, branding, slogans, product names, and identifying graphics may not be used without prior written permission.

They may not be used in any manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, approval, endorsement, authorization, partnership, or affiliation with Sports Dog Designs, LLC.

Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, distribution, modification, digitization, tracing, or commercial use of our protected materials is prohibited.

Reproducing our designs on apparel, merchandise, printed products, or digital products
Uploading our artwork to print-on-demand websites or marketplaces

Removing watermarks, copyright notices, signatures, or identifying information
Tracing, redrawing, altering, or recreating our designs for sale or distribution
Using our images or designs to train, develop, or promote another commercial product or service
